All 48 states transport was contacted to pick up our car in Edgewater Florida on February 12, 2010 and transported to Hampstead, NC. It is a 10 hour drive. We were told two days at the most. Five days later, the car arrived. The truck showed up at 6:45 am in the dark. We were off to work and later that day we looked at the car. The mud was so thick under the car. The rear pan hard bar was bent severely downward. We noticed 63 miles was put on the car from the time it left Florida to the time it arrived in N.C. Half of tank of gas was used.
The company claimed at first they never drive the car. After many conversations they now say their truck broke down and they used our car to get parts. They deny that they bent this bar hooking the car up. The car dealer said it is clear it was done during hook up. I have been calling this company for a month now and they have been rude, and will not cover anything because they tell me I have no proof they did this. This has been the worse and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The bar cracked in half and the car cannot be driven.
