I purchased an extended warranty in March 2002 and cancelled in August 2002. I was told that if I cancelled before the policy took effect I would get 100% refund. I did not receive a refund till June 2003 and it was not 100% like I was told by the sales person. My car was under manufacturer's warranty at the time I purchased the policy and so I was told that the policy was not be in effect until that expired.
Later I was told that the policy took effect immediately, which I was not told at the time of purchase. I was also contacted by a sales rep; now Robert denies that they call consumers and that I called them. It was a horrible experience and I an very very upset.

I was unable to puchase a Certificate of Deposit I wanted to purchase last year. Nor did I have my money to earn interest in the bank. Also I did not get 100% refund like the sales person said I would. Robert was very rude and would not let me speak to a Supervisor or Manager.
