Prior to taking our company car to AZ Fleet Service, I met up with Bruce W JR to have my car estimated for the cost of the repair. In the process, he called around for availability of the parts and pricing. He gave me a quote to how much the repair will cost us and guaranteed it will take them six days to fix the car and it also reflected this in the estimate sheet. I have explained and emphasized how important it is for us to have the car back as soon as possible. He guaranteed it will take them a week so I agreed to get the car fixed with AZ Fleet Service. The car was towed August 28, 2009 and was not ready until September 16, 2009. While the car is in the shop, we never received any updates. We called multiple times but never got a call back.

Since we cannot get a hold of Bruce JR, one of the managers visit the office and talked to his father, Bruce SR., who promised us it will be done on the 7th day. On the 8th day, they promised us on the 9th day, and so on, so forth. The bottom line is the car should've been done in six days and because of this, our company suffered and our car insurance refused to reimburse us for the extra week of having the car rental, for the amount of $636.36. Nobody can give us any explanation why it took them 2 1/2 weeks to fix the car. I have with me all the necessary documents to support my claim. I want to be reimbursed for the extra week it took them to fix my company car. We have contacted Bruce JR multiple times to get this settled but was not very cooperative and keep ignoring our phone calls. That's the reason why we came to you guys for help
