I bought a 2003 Ford Focus SE from AutoLink, a small dealership in Thousand Oaks this August 08. He said he would take it in to put brand new tires on it for me and a tune up to make sure everything is running smooth. When I went to pick up the car nothing had changed. He never put new tires on or took the car in. I brought it to Ford a couple weeks later to spend another couple thousand bucks to get a new battery, completely new brakes, two windows were off the alignment, the trunk was broken and wouldn't stay closed, and the car just doesn't run smooth at all. When I confronted him about the car problems he just said there is no record of an accident. He has been the most unhelpful sales man I've ever met. I would suggest to never buy a car from this place.
