I was buying a hummer. Surgeo told me that he has clear title and I can come and get the vehicle but he wanted $ 1000 to hold the vehicle. I gave him my credit card number. He drew 1000 dollars . A day before I was supposed to come get the vehicle he told me that he does not have the title. He told me he will refund my money. He has not refunded my money. I had bought two ticket to Los Angeles california, It costed me 500 dollars. He is out 1000 dollars that i gave him.
