There is no way I can do that kind of payment 538 dillars a month for 72 months. plus 1500 dollars downpayment

I am leasing a 06 Nissan Murano. The brakes make noise when backing up and the vehicle is cold. The dealership claims this is normal. I had plenty of cars that don't make noise in the morning. I have taken it to the dealership five time and they can't fix the problem.

Back in Aug 05, my car battery died, and once the new battery was installed. my cd player did not funtion as at all., I was told my car is no longer under warranty, or I can pay upto $1000.00 to have a new car stereo replaced. I have a 2002 Nissan Altima. I understand it is not brand new, but I heard this has happened w/other Nissan's as well as your Infiniti's. Please advise what I should do. I just feel that the car is only abount 3 1/2 years, and I should not have to deal w/this problem. Any help would be great.

This would make me think twice about purchasing a Nissan every again.

Re: we want to share for everybody about what's about they trea us over there. We are the one fail in to them, about they're lier, they did not keep about they are promise. we are the one person looking a new car online, we're on market around 1 month, we're very understand the way dealer done with their customer, but never think they are will lier with the customer, we told you above, we are customer shop car on website market, and after that we receipt phone call from Nissan Douglas, on the she's let us know her name is Renee, and she told us come down to her dealer and she promise she will let us the car we want to, before we come to there ealer we talk with her too many times for make sure she can help us and to verify is we want to purchase not lease.

after that we tell her we wan to she promise with us because we live very far and around 75 miles, and we don't want to wait us time and wait their time, wait gas and miles of a car too, when we are make sure and get clearly too make sure for comeing, after that we come there to she her, but she busy she send somebody come to help us, befor se leave we make sure ask her, does she explain for sale man what's we looking for and what's we want, she said she did it,so she leave.

But when she's leave it's everything change. The payment they give us is hight, it's very high include the timt payment is longer than we expect. We ask them about the promise before they told us they accept it, they told us why we don't do math and a lots things...anyway we don't get a car and we go home, on the way we go home, we got too many troule, about betwen in us, we got fire..until now we don't purchase any car,we don't wantalk about the car anymore, because we can not trust any dealer any more.

Today I go to work and I talk with my friend they told how to complain and how to fill out the form to complain on the website. Any way we hope this is will not happen to anybody elese. That's why we want to share for everybody about us story. Thank you for you take your time to read my story.

On 6-28-05, I took my 2002 Nissan Maxima in for a routine oil change and I was told my left rear strut was blown. They said they could fix it for 661.00. I told them I would hold off on that since I had an extended warranty through that very dealership and in the process of this they told me that they could not get a clear answer as to whether this was covered.

I went home and continued to wait until I finally called Nissan USA myself where I experienced a multitude of phone red tape until I finally back-door'd the automated phone system and got to talk to a representative. During this phone conversation, I was told that the actual dealership had the final say on this and they were perplexed as to why they said they were waiting on an answer from corporate.

Finally after a few days, a representative from Nissan US called me and informed me that it was not covered. OK I say, so I decided that I wasn't going to pay that much for stock struts and proceed to get some high performance struts to have installed by an independent shop. I get there, and they look under the car and the manager (of that shop) calls me over to look under my car.

He says the shocks are fine and there is nothing wrong with them. He told me to save my money. I was flabbergasted. I intend on persuing this further.

At this time, I am planning on filing a complaint to Nissan and the BBB. Additioanlly, I have to arrange to get credit with Stillen from where I got the struts. They don't want to refund my money. So I'm out 200 bucks.

Complaint #1: I specifically asked them not to show me any cars out of my price range. After the entire process inc. test driving the vehicle they handed me numbers that were way out of my range. Upset that they just wasted 2hrs of my time I attempted to leave.

Complaint #2: after being dragged back by a second & 3rd salesman, we were lured back with the promise that they were going to apply $1000 of their advertisement money towards my down payment.

After reviewing the deal at home I noticed that all they did was take that $1000 of my manufacture rebate that I was already entitled too.

Complaint #3: They rushed us through signing the papers and thoughtout the conversation the apr was set at 7.5% again upon reviewing the deal at home I realized that it wasn't 7.5% that we verbally agreed upon but 7.9%.

Complaint #4: They apparently falsified DMV records. We got a call to come back to the dealership because we rushed through the paperwork too fast and didn't do it correctly. We were told that we had to correct something in order for the deal to go through. We were unavailable to do so in their timeframe and we were told not to worry about.

Complaint #5: Even after our horrible experiance with the dealership they kept re-itterating for us to give them excelent marks on the surevey we would recieve in the mail.

Complaint #6: Upon buyers remorse we inquired about taking the vehicle back and were ignored, given the brush away. When we finnaly were able to speak to someone 3 days had passed and our finance guy whome made the deal was fired and we were told that there was no information at the time.

Complaint #7:With no other choice we traded in the vehicle for another one. When we tried to get refunded for optionals added on (ie...Lowjack, Gap Insurance, and extended warrenty) they would only refund us for the warrenty and gap insurance even though the lowjack was never installed.

Because the cost was $2000 more at the signing than was discussed in person we could not afford the deal made. We lost $2000 in trading in the vehicle in for something that we could afford.

I BOUGHT THE XTERRA IN MAY 03 NOW IT'S APRIL 04. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE DRIVER DOOR WINDOW MAKES CLICKING NOISE WHEN ROLLED ALL THE WAY DOWN. IF DOWN COMPLETELY AND YOU PRESS DOWN AGAIN IT MAKES THE CLICKING NOISE. I DON'T FEEL THAT NEW CARS SHOULD BE DOING THAT. ALL THE OTHER WINDOWS DON'T.

MY NEXT COMPLAINT IS THAT THE AIR THAT COMES THRU THE VENTS IS ALWAYS WARMER THAN THE AIR OUTSIDE EVEN IF IT'S WINTER AIR. IF I TWIST THE LAST KNOB (DIRECT WHERE THE AIR GOES FROM YOUR FACE TO FEET) FROM LEFT TO RIGHT THEN SOMETIMES THE AIR IS COLD LIKE THE A/C IS ON, BUT I HAVEN'T PUSH IT ON YET.

ALSO WHEN I DO TURN ON THE A/C THE AIR SEEMS COOL, NOT COLD LIKE IT SHOULD ON NEW CARS. I FRUSTRATES ME BECAUSE THE A/C IS NOT CONSISTENT. 98% OF TIME IT'S WORKING RIGHT I ALWAYS HAVE TO TWIST THE KNOBS HOPING THAT COOL AIR COMES OUT. RIGHT NOW IT WARMING UP IN CALIFORNIA AND SUMMER IS NOT TO FAR AWAY. I WOULD LIKE TO ENJOY MY A/C.

I TOLD NISSAN SERVICE ADVISOR ABOUT THE PROBLEMS A COUPLE TIME ALREADY WHEN I TAKE IT IN FOR SERVICE. THEY SAY NOTHING IS WRONG AND IT IS WORKING PROPERLY. I ONLY HAVE 7,932 CURRENTLY FOR A YEAR WORTH OF DRIVING, WHAT I'M AFRAID IS THAT THEY MIGHT DELAY FIXING MY A/C PROBLEM AND THEN MY WARRANTY EXPIRES.

ALSO SOMETIMES WHEN I PUT THE TRANS. IN PARK IT GET STUCK WHEN I PUSH THE BUTTON TO GET IN GEAR. OH YEAH, ON THE STEERING WHEEL THERE'S A CAP TO COVER A SCREW AND GUESS WHAT, IT'S BEEN MISSING BEFORE I BOUGHT THE XTERRA AND SALESMAN SAID HE TAKE CARE OF IT, YEAH RIGHT.

ONE MORE COMPLAINT BEFORE I GO, IT'S BEEN A YEAR AND THE WIPER LEAVE STREAKS AND LITTLE NOISE ALREADY LIKE OLD ONES. I MEAN I BOUGHT BOSCH WIPERS AT PEP BOYS MORE THAN TWO YEARS AGO FOR MY CIVIC AND IT STILL WIPES SMOOTH AND CLEAN. TWO YEARS PLUS PEOPLE. NISSAN XTERRA BARELY A YEAR..WHAT THE HELL.

I brought my 1998 Nissan Maxima in for service at the above dealership for the expressed purpose of getting the front brake special of $89.95.

Instead, after the work was done and I was presented with the bill my brake job was for the unauthorized amount of $243.00.

Patrick Bull never gave me the information about my brakes that I, as a consumer, have a right to know about, but instead had the work done without my authorization.

I am demanding the difference back for the front brake work and that I pay only the $89.95 + tax.
