On 5-16-08 I went to Dublin Toyota with my father , mother, and girlfriend to purchase a 2008 toyota tundra. The process was long and we didn't leave the dealership untill 10pm. As soon as we got home at about 1030pm we noticed a dent close to the roof of the vehicle that we over looked at the dealership. Saturday 5-17-08 my father, mother , and girlfriend went back to the dealership at about 10am to not let too much time lapse, to advise them of what we found. The coversation with the salesman was short and he said that he couldn't help us.
At this point my father asked to speak with a manager. The salesman disappeared in the manager's office to tell him the situation I imagine. When they were finished Ryan, the manager and the son of the dealership's owner, emerged from his office and began to yell NO, we aren't going to do shit for you guys! and insisted that we leave the dealership.
Matteo, my father , asked to dicuss this and refused to leave after just being spoken to that way with no discussion of the problem. Get the F*** out of my show room now continued to yell Ryan. With no response from Matteo, Ryan began to threaten to remove him by force or by callin the police. Matteo agreed he should call the police. We don't need the police, we can do it ourselves by force! Ryan continued to threaten and yell.
At this point another employee got about an inch from Matteo's face as if they were in a boxing match and started to yell for him to leave. Without giving Matteo any chance to respond the 6'3 about 280lb man started to shove Matteo a 63 yr old man with his chest causing Matteo to have to recover his balance, as ryan kept yelling in the backround for us to get out.
At this point they felt threatened and felt they had no choice but to leave. I've never seen this kind of behavior towards any customer anywhere and still cannot believe what they went through. We've sent complaints to the better buisness breau, toyota headquarters, filled a police report, emailed 7 on your side and haven't heard any positive feedback. Toyota told us to go through the on site customer realations manager which seems pointless considering we were dealing with the owners son, and neither of us want to ever set foot in that dealership again.
