Consumer Complaints & Reviews

The dealership committed fraud when they installed a car alarm that was not the one I paid for. Also, the inferior alarm that was was installed was not installed properly and my car was broken into as a result. The alarm did not trigger and I suffered loss of personal property as well as the cost of getting my window fixed. Now the dealership refuses to take responsibilty for their dishonest business practices.

My car was broken into and the alarm did not sound. I suffered personal item loss and a broken window, all of which I will have to absorb financially.

I saw that they were selling a mercedes online through yahoo's autotrader for $2995.00. I had called them asking them to contact me to let me know if the car was still for sale. I did not receive a phone call back and decided to send a friend from orange county to go and purchase the car for me the very next day. When he arrived they told him that they had made a mistake and the car was being sold for $29,995. I was just wondering if they would have to sell me the car for the original price that they had stated since technically it was false advertisement?

also when my friend told them how far he drove to purchase the car they told him to bad deal with it. I was shocked at how rude they were to him especially coming from the long distance that he came from. Please tell me what I can do about this situation. They were the rudest people that I have ever dealt with since I gave them a phone call myself to find out what happened.

They told me that I was crazy for thinking that they would sell the car for the price that was on the website and that how could I ever think something so stupid. (Excuse me?) I told them that I believe what I see in writing. Please help. Thank you.
