I took my care to Glendale NIssan for a regular service. My invoice shows $301.59 for the services. The labor cost is $223.87 and parts' cost is $82.14. Why is this services so expensive? Why do they charge $223.87 for one hour of mechanical service? Why the invoice does't show the labor time? What is the hourly rate? How much they charge per hour ... $150.00? I know that these companies are making billion dollars of profit off us, but there should be some respect for the customers. There is no information on the invoice. Overall why is the service so expensive?



I got a 2004 Nissan Frontier brand new now it has 9000 miles on it. Now i took the truck 3 times into the dealer and have receipts to prove it the problem is that when i want to turn on the truck it wont turn on right away i have to pump the clutch like 3 to 4 times and at beginning it never did that all i wanted was to get fixed but everytime i take it in the supposebly they fix it but dont i did pay for a new truck not used for it to be given me this problems i would appreciate someone to contact me about my problem and woula appreciate if it could be in spanish thank you for your time.


It just frustrating to take it in all this time for the same problem.


Agreed to Purchased an 04 infiniti for $400 over invoice. I had done the research and knew what I would be paying and what options I wanted on the car. The Day following my purchase of the car, I was going over the sales contract and found that the cash price I had agreed on with the sales person had been bumped up $400 dollars , I was unaware of this Add on at the time I signed the Contract.

I called the dealer and spoke with the fleet sales person who I had delt with and told him that I had found a $400 dollar error in their favor and asked how it had got there, he said it was a Marketing assessment fee which he said was to cover advertising costs, and that it was on the invoice. I said it wasn't on the invoice I had, He said if I got mine off the internet they don't show itat our sales meeting this marketing assessment was never mentioned or shown to me and is not outlined on the sales contract.

I was not shown the invoice and didn't ask to see it since I knew what the invoice figure was.I am now waiting for a copy of that invoice in the mail and also a certificate of a factory brake warranty that I was told came with the purchase. If I would have caught this Stuffer I most likely could have had it removed, I am angered with being taken advantage of and being deceived.
