First, 10 months after I had my Jeep my front bumper started to white out and peel. They said they had never seen that before, didn't not want to replace it but did. A little over a year later, it is doing it again. Along with all the grey accessories now. I contacted them and they said after looking at other Jeeps on the lot they are all doing the same thing and will not replace any of it. Now keep in mind my Jeep is only two years old. I also looked at Jeeps on the lot and I did not find any with whiting or peeling.

Now, all the accessories are doing it, some look worse than others. I also took my Jeep in because after our big rain storms, I found the whole inside of my carpet, wet some even soaked to the point it was dripping. I had asked for full replacement of my carpet and they would only replace the wettest parts and they fought me on that. Since then, they had not found the leaks so what they did replace got wet again with the next rain. My service there has been terrible. When I call, I am either put on hold to the point to where I hang up or even transferred back to receptionist because no one picks up in service.

Today, I dropped my Jeep off and waited one hour and 45 minutes for the shuttle. I had expressed my frustration and I continue to get blown off. I was called later asking to keep my Jeep again because they burned a hole in my carpet. In the last several weeks, they had my Jeep the 1st week for three days, next time two days, after that six days and this time well I am still waiting to find out. All without offers for a replacement car or compensation of any kind.

This dealer has no concerns for their customers and the most upsetting is my Jeep is two years old and the grey accessories look like they are six years old or older. My Jeep isn't even paid off and now I have to have out of pocket expense just so my Jeep will keep looking nice. I had even contacted someone I believe in a Corp office but they just gave me a runaround saying they rely on dealers to be their eyes and they have to stand by them. To top this all off, I got a recall notice I believe on the transmission fluid that can overflow and start a engine fire. I do not know what the outcome on that is yet. Can anyone please help me?
