I purchased a car they had advertised on the internet for $40,000. I had the money to purchase this car fully but I didn't think I had good credit so I applied for a loan of about $13,000 and paid for the balance myself.

They sent me out all the paperwork, contract etc and I sent it back to them and when I asked them for the title they said that they could not give it to me because there was a lien on the car. They asked me for the address of my local DMV which I supplied and now almost two weeks after finalizing the deal, when I went to the DMV for the second time today there was no Bill of Sale in with the title. I spoke to The tomas Cruz this morning and asked him to take care of it and he said he would and I get an email from him 12 hours later telling me that he has passed on the information to his superiors.

Then I call him and and he puts his superior on the phone who tells me that in California they do things differently and that the bill of sale was sent someplace else.I am so stressed over this , I have a new car here with insurance on it and I cannot get the registration because I don't have a BILL of SALE...can you please help me or let me know where I can complain.
