My new 2009 Chev Tahoe went through their car wash on 11/25/09 and the employee opened the door while truck still in car wash, resulting in damage to door. Incident is on video tape at car wash. I spoke to manager immediately and owner on phone. I provided owner with estimate for repairs and he said he would pay in full as did not want to go through his insurance. The Owner now refuses to deal with the issue and has to date failed to pay me for my damages.
