Car dealership is using "Cash for Clunkers" but they really are giving you a traditional trade-in retail value when you contact them. So the bigger the clunker the less the trade-in value you receive. They claim cash for clunkers value of $3,500.00

On Saturday 23rd. I had an appointment with phil , but he had to leave because he had a family emergency , so he told me to go see larry his partner . The first thing larry said to me was you are late . I told him I just got out of work and I try to make it as soon as possible . I work on Riverside and I left work at 1330 hrs , I arrived at the dealer at 1400 Hrs. Then he told me that he had my file and that phil had told him about my situation , he said I already pick out a vehicle for you , I told him to show it to me , we went and saw it , I told him I didn't like that vehicle, that I want it something different , He told me well with the credit that you have is hard to get something better , I told him how much I could pay and how much down I could give him , he starting talking wierd , My friend that was with me said to him she could afford to pay for the vehicle she wants to buy not the want you want to sell her. He could looking at us with bad looks. making coments .
After all that he said well wish one do you want, I show it to him , he said lets go work some numbers , my partner said ok , thats better , know we talking , when we got to the office my partner said I'm going to the lady's bathroom and I will be right back, at the moment a white skin lady walks up to larry's office and said I came to see you , he told the woman I will be done in a few minutes and I will be there . My tought was it takes a while to write a contract and see if is good or not , but I didn't say anything , after he said that to the lady , he said I will be back I going to figure some numbers , he left for about 5 minute from the office , than he got back and said well I can't help you wright know because that banks are close , I will call you monday. I told him how can you say that the banks are close for the dealers when they due everything trow the computer , he reply well I call you monday.
So I left I was so mad , because he didn't like me since that begining I could feel that sensation of dislike and then he denied helping me like a customer. As soon as I walk out of his office he starting talking to the lady that got their a few minutes ago. My friend said to me , you know what he didn't like us because of our color , you can tell write away , because of the way he was looking at us and talking to us. So we left the dealer all disappointed , I waited for monday for his phone call and he never called I left him a message to call me , he never did , until know I haven't heard from him , is being more than 5 days. I feel discriminated and treated bad .
