Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I have got this car BMW x5 year 2009 eight months ago and since I have been having problem with. The car keeps needing jumping because of battery problem. When the car run out off battery, the doors locks too and it gets very dangerous. I took the car to the dealer and was told that it has a battery problem. However, they do not cover that under warranty because the car was not driven each day for at least 10 miles a day and I am supposed to use it in the freeway also.

I use the car every day and the car was in their lot at least for 6 months before I bought it and been giving me the problem since I got it. But they do not want to change the battery for me. This is very dangerous because the car does not turn on and sometimes the door gets locked while I and my children are inside the car.

BMW service center installed a faulty thermostat that left me stranded the same afternoon. I had to rent a car and they failed to reimburse me. I had to get the car towed to another BMW dealer close to where the car broke down. The service manager at Santa mOnica BMW doesn't return phone calls and is never at the dealership when I go in to show receipts.

I would like to file a complaint for the service I received from Santa Monica BMW on February 14, 2004.

The guaranteed complimentary shuttle forgot to pick me up by the time the dealership was closed at 7:00pm. I was sitting at work for an extra 4 hours. 5 minutes befor ethe dealership was closed, the manager offered to leave the car unlocked outside the dealership and me to take the taxi and pick it up.
