I bought a 2011 Chrysler 200 from them, not even a year ago and I have taken it back to them several times with the complaint that the transmission shifts hard and makes a hard bump sound. And their response is that, "it's normal for this model". Yet when I bought the vehicle they prided themselves on how smooth and quiet Chrysler is, and has improved their vehicles, including the 2011 Chrysler 200.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I bought a new Dodge Ram 2500 with a 6.7 engine in July of 2007. I was not told about the particulate filter needing service every 60,000 miles. Also, the check engine light was on when I purchased the vehicle. I have had the vehicle in more than 20 times for the same concern. I have had to purchase a new particulate filter at just over 100,000 miles, and that was all that was replaced. I also had the filter replaced at 150,000 miles. Now, I have 171,000 on the truck, and I am told I need this replaced again. Dodge has refused to help, or to take care of this concern. Now, I'm told their fix is to not leave it idle at all, and to drive with the engine brake on at all times. I demanded for the vehicle to be replaced two different times, and was declined both times.
I was told before I had the filter replaced, to go ahead and drive with the light on. It would not hurt anything, and Dodge told me they would have a fix by Feb 2008. This never happened. They have since refused to even talk to me. I have since quit going to VV Motors, due to their being unable to repair the vehicle. These filters cost $5,000 to repair. I feel Dodge should have a true fix by now. Driving with the engine brake on is dangerous when stopping, and against the law in some states.
As time goes by, this filter seems to clog up sooner and sooner. The last one only went 17,000 miles, before the light came on for the same thing. I bought this truck for personal and for pulling travel trailers. I have since had to quit towing trailers, because I cannot trust that the vehicle won't break down, because of the filter plugging up.
