I purchased an extended warranty with my Hummer that I purchased there. I was not told any terms or exclusions. I thought it was full bumper to bumper warranty but was not. Being denied repairs to my vehicle I went home to review my contract. In doing so I discovered that someone from California Imports forged my name on the warranty contract. Therefore I believe the contract to be null and void due to fraud.
The consequences are that the repairs to my vehicle are in excess of $2,000.00 that I thought my warranty would cover but does not. Californa Imports put me into a contract without my knowledge of exclusions. I would have paid more money for more protection. And they forged my name to a contract without my consent.
