Shame on Centennial Chrysler and Jeep on 9980 E Arapahoe Road, Centennial CO 80112! Shame on the salesman, Scott **! Shame on Shilpa **, the finance manager!

We bought a Jeep 2009 Compass on 13 Aug 2011, and because we did not read the contract carefully, they cheated $1,000 from the deal.

The salesman named Scott ** told us after the price check that the Jeep Compass can be sold at around $19,000; however, he came back with a written proposal of a vehicle selling price at $20,333. He did not explain to us the price issue; instead, he went ahead and explained that the vehicle will be sold at $19,318.86 after the trade in of our F-150 (credit at $4,000.00). It was pretty confusing and I was hoping that it was a mistake.

Also, we found out that there is another mistake on the contract we signed; they did not put the right mileage of the vehicle that we bought on the Dealer's Bill of Sale for a Motor Vehicle form. That means we will lost around 10,000 mileages on the Service Contract Plan we bought at the same time from Centennial Chrysler and Jeep.

I went back to Centennial Chrysler and Jeep today with my four-year old son at around 9:00 a.m. and was able to meet the finance manager named Shilpa **. She brought in salesman Scott ** and we had a conversation.

I was repeatedly told how the sales' price adds up and that the business was done because the contract was already signed. Also, there would be no hope to get the deal that we initially negotiated verbally. I am thinking that we've got to take the expenses because we did not catch the issue at that time when we were signing the contract.

Shilpa ** told me that Centennial Chrysler and Jeep caught the mistake on the Dealer's Bill of Sale for a Motor Vehicle form and had sent a new one with the correct mileage information to us in the mail. It was just a conversation until salesman Scott ** cussed in front of my four-year old son. He said, "Don't ** with me!" Then Shilpa ** explained to me that he was meant to say, "Don't fault with me!"

I bought my car one year ago. New. I have been trying to get the GPS unit to work as a GPS unit. To find specific addresses or locate by a specific name. Neither of these functions work. During the process of trying to figure out the problem Chrysler went bankrucpt and the dealership I had been working with went out of business.

I had to start all over with a new dealership (this is the one I actually bought the car from) The GPS has been replaced three times. The most current dealership has said they can do nothing and it is not their responsibility. I have also been working with the corporate Chrysler people as well. They have not been helpful in the regard they say the dealership must fix it.

Regardless I have been trying to contact the manufacturer of the GPS and find out what we can do. Neither car companies have been any help with this. I just want the GPS to work as a GPS and find addresses and specific companies. I paid extra for this feature and I would really like it to work. I have spent a year of my time-many days sitting the in the service center of the dealership and nothing is resolved.
