bought new van, bill of sale said 3962 miles, received second bill of sale of 345 miles which was correct but dealer never submitted nor followed up to correct. nor did they care. undue stress as i have not taken advantage of the free oil changes, feel milage is fraudulant and there is not the feeling of HEY i have a new vehicle (i am depressed each time i look at this vehicle ).
