Illegally witholding my final pay check and commissions. Illegally deducting money from my final pay check for a training class(t.b.d.)I have requested a copy of my employee file and all signed documents, so I can send to my attorney, and I was denied because I was forced to sign a document in my employee handbook or i would'nt have got the job. That dealership needs to be seriously auditted because I am not the only one who has had this happen to in the past 5 months.
