I needed to replace a speaker in the center console of my 2001 Jeep. I took my console to Harry, and he told me to leave it and he would give me a quote. He quoted me $625 (no joke) to replace the speaker. When I told him I would not spend $625 on a replacement speaker, he told me I could pick up my console only after paying him $50 for the quote. What a **. He held my console hostage. I paid it, and went to another stereo dealer and had the Jeep speaker replaced for $85.00. What a rip-off business, trying to gouge on the unsuspecting. Stay away at all costs. Maybe his work is good, maybe it isn't, but one thing is certain, it will be unpleasant.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I called and notified Harry, the owner, that I was looking to install a remote starter in my car. He asked me several questions and then quoted me over the phone. Upon arrival, the price jumped tremendously, stating I didn't provide additional information he didn't ask about. I decided to move forward and go ahead with the installation. Harry stated it would take a few hours when I dropped the car off. Without getting a call from him, I decided to check in as it was getting closer to closing time at his shop.
He stated to me that I needed to leave the car and that I could drive his old beat up minivan home. Keep in mind, I live 50 miles away and was just working in the neighborhood for a few days. I told him I needed the car back tonight. I don't care if I need to wait until 10 pm. He then threatened me that he could hold my car as long as he wanted. I had no choice but to plead with him to please just get it working and let me go. I have never been treated like this in my entire life. 2 days later, my remote starter doesn't work properly, and I have no choice but to suffer with it after spending over $600 and getting suckered. I would never step foot into that place again with Harry owning the place.
