Paint is peeling off Dodge/Chrysler 1994 Spirit with less than 15,000 miles.
They want me to pay $250 toward a new paint job. I have brought this car in on two previous occasions and no charge was indicated due to a recall.

Have had 3 transmission rebuilds in 1990 Dodge Spirit. Car doesn't have 85,000 miles on it. Been to shop 7 times for trans trouble under warranty (all documented), 2 dealer rebuilds, 1 independent shop rebuild. 3rd rebuild came to $2086.66
