i was quoted 548 which i paid no questions asked after the car being surviced now i am loosing 2 quarts of oil every 300 miles and the dealership is saying thats not something they did but it started right after i got my car back from them and thet first said its the valve cover and i replaced that now their saying its rear main seal and their trying to rip me off for another $850 to get that done which is absured since they messed up my car and now im stuck with a car i cant relly on anymore after owning the car for 8 years

Approximately 3 months ago I went to Arlington Toyota to get an oil change. I use them because I have the Free Tires for Life. I was told I could not get the Free Tires for Life if I did not get the 30,000 mile check up. So, I did it for approx. $400.00 later. I then asked them to check my air conditioner because it gradually lost cold air. They charged me $49.00 for the diagnosis and came back and said the compressor clutch was bad and it would cost $700.00 to fix. I said I did not have that kind of money and declined. I also told them my tires were bad (they have been on the car for almost 4 years and we were putting air in everyday). They plugged one tire and said they still had some tread left and they could not give me tires at this time. I said ok.

My husband was a mechanic years ago and decided to fix the air conditioner. He bought the part for $350.00 from Avenues Toyota. When he went to fix it he noticed the compressor clutch was not bad at all. Someone had ripped the wiring out. He put the wiring back together and the air conditioner now works. Avenues Toyota took the part back and refunded our money. Meanwhile the pressure light on the tires went on every day even though we kept putting air in the tires. My husband said the tires are bad. He went to Arlington Toyota and told them about the sabotage to my air conditioner. They just did not care and said they would not refund the $49.00 for the misdiagnosis. He asked for new tires for my car under the contract I have for Free Tires for Life. They said no because 2 tires were bad and they had to average out all 4 tires.

I went to Sun Tire today and Tire Kingdom. Both companies said the tires are bad, and that I should not be driving with a child in the car with 2 bald tires on the rear. Also, all 4 tires have bad sidewall cracking/dry rot cracks. They said there is a little tread left, but the tires are going bad from the inside of the tire and thats why the pressure light keeps coming on.

I don't know what to do. I need 4 new tires. I have receipts and proof of everything.

i bought my 2000 dodge durango in august of 2002 fur months after the engine started making a loud ticking sound so i took my truck to a local service station to have a machinic to check the engine out they to e that i have sludge build up in my engine ,i change my oil before it its time to change it so i asked the machinic what can i do he said yo can have it flushed out but it will eventialy come back, after i started changing m oil at least twice a month the ticking nise stoped for awhile then it came back before my first service date when i bought the truck it had 29341 miles i took it to jack crusco regency dodge the did 3 tests found that i still have sludge in the engine this was back in may 2003 with a couple of more complaints thats was roung ,

i have a fidelity gold exteded warrenty fidelity refuse to ied my truck.7 months later december 3/2003 my oil pump went out coming from the doctor i drove my truck back to arlington toyota where i bought it from and said my oil pump went out they pull the oil pan and said dodge will have to fixed this because day dont have the facility to do this dodge came and towed my truck t their servie department i had to give dodge authorization to break down the engine so fidelity can send a inspetor to come and look at the engine, the inspector said that the engine have to be towen complenty apart this is the second time the inspector had came down to look at the engine the first time he did not find what he was looking for they found sludge build up and said they have to replace the engine because of lack of maintenance.
