Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and they are very unprofessional. They neglect to tell you that all their vehicles are purchased from an insurance auction where they purchased vehicles that have been severely damaged. I didn't find this out until I went to have it serviced. Parts on it belong to other cars. They sold me the car for $9800 and it's worth $1000. I cannot sell the vehicle because it has a salvage title. I didn't know about the sale title until I received it in the mail.

I went to a used car dealership to buy a car on 10/09/2009. I spoke with Jovanny M and he sold me a Honda Accord coupe 2001. I am unexperience about cars, so I don't know much of buying a car. M told me that the car was in good condition and told me that the price for the Honda was around $10k and that he was going to reduce it to $4500. I thought that it was a great deal! I didn't perform a test drive on the car. I just turned it on and that was it. I gave him $1500 down in cash so he did the paper work and told me to return for the car because he needed to fix some things in the car. Finally two weeks later I got the car, 10/24/2009.

After my brother saw the car he told me that I got ripped out. On the outside the car is missing a side light and the piece of the car that go underneath the door. Inside is a total chaos. The Engine light is on, none of the sit belts work, the power for the passenger window don't work nor the power for the doors, and there is a lot of visible damages in the car; broken pieces, empty holes (missing parts), etc... I took the car back and left it at the dealership several times for him to fix it and nothing have been done.I took the car back to him on 11/02/2009 to return that car and he said that he would not take the car back. "That's a good and working car" he said.
