I was lured in to the above dealership with rebates being offered. I purchased an Elantra, which was offered to me at one price, but ended up paying over and above any retail pricing on the car with a ridiculous high interest rate for someone with good credit. They also told me more than once that I was getting coupons for free oil and tire rotations. I finally received the coupon book (not free by the way because you end up paying for it with $499.00 advantage thing), but it took filing a complaint with Motor Vehicles to get it. Not only are these services not free, but you can only redeem the coupons at that dealership even though there is another dealership's name on the coupon.
I am over $9,000.00 upside down with this car and I am now unemployed. I cannot pay for such an overpriced car. I feel that given these companies received bailout monies from hardworking taxpayers as myself, it is so unfair and immoral of them to take advantage of us on the back end as well. I will be happy to send all letters and documents I have sent to BBB, Senator Bill Nelson, REP. Bill Posey, Hyundai Headquarters in California and Attorney General's Office.
