I need to add another Company BMW Of North America, LLC Keith C Customer Relations and services Executive Rep. This is still about my X5 07 4.81. I keep adding info and yes you can see if a lawyer wants to take on this case. This guy asked my why I didn't walk around the car to see if it had damage before I bought it. I work in Anesthesia at hospital, I am not a car salesman. This is the main man @ the BMW USA telling me this and we have bought several BMW and we told him that he can look back on his records and see that we are repeated customers that had no impact of him or his company? This is a so called certified pre-owned BMW that's not certified and has not had an oil change since 8/08 @ 13,000 miles. The oil light came on 1 month after we got car. It had 22,000 miles. These things are suppose to be done before it can b certified.

This car has a Clean Car Fax report from Tom Bush BMW. It says this car has unblemished history at time of certification. The other BMW dealership Braman Motor BMW said the car cost too much to certify and had too many problems and they would lose to much to resell it on their lot, so they sent it to auction.

There is a dent in the right fender that's not flush with the door. It's missing the 4.81 letters at the bottom of passengers door. The right door has been repainted and they forgot to put the # on the door. That is how I found out it was wrecked. I took it to my local dealership and they said it has no numbers on it because the car has been wrecked and repainted and they showed me the difference in paint on the other door. I now have to take my car in to be fixed and I only had it for 3 months.

I forgot to let you know that the car fax report came back clean. Right fender has been repainted and the letters 4.81 missing on r fender and the leather seat on passenger side needs replaced.

I bought an 07 X5 4.81 with 20,000 Miles. I thought it was certified; it turned out that the car was from Brannon BMW of West Palm Beach Fl and they sent the car to auction because it had problems and cost too much to certify. Tom Bush got it and put it on their lot and sold it to me and never said it had been wrecked. I noticed that the car was missing the 4.81 sticker on the right side and I took it to my local BMW dealership in Alabama and they said it had been wrecked and repainted. The right fender is not flush with the car like the other side is and on top of that, it has not had oil changed in 1 year. But they call that a certified car and so does the BMW Headquarters. I have talked to everyone at the headquarters and Mr. ** asked, "Did you walk around car and check it out before buying?" I thought, "Why would I have to check out a certified car? Tha'ts your dealership who are supposed to know how to certify a car. " I will never buy another BMW again. It will now be a Lexus or a Honda and Tom Bush only has to pay $150 to repair my so-called pre-owned certified BMW. On top of that, the car started smelling like burned oil and that's because the oil had not been changed in only a year. Thanks.

I bought my Mini in 2003. It is a 2002, still under warrenty. After a few months the air bag warning light came on. So I took it in to be repaired, they did. A few months later it came on again, again I took it in, they repaired it. This happen several more times every time they repair it. Them my warrinty ran out. Mini Copper sent me a letter saying that because it is ongoing problem they will extend my warrinty on that problem for 10 years. The air bag light came on again, so I took the Mini to be repair and showed them the letter from Mini. They took the car in.

When I went to go pick up the car they said we're not going to fix it because the problem is in the steering column. I said for 4 years it s ben breaking and now you tell me its in the steering column. The same problem has happen over and over again and now they are giving me excuse's. They need to fix the problem.
