We purchased a used vehicle from Greg on 12-4-09. Greg told my husband that he would handle getting the tag for us. "When he had it we could swing by and pick it up." Well, 30 days later, I went to the tag office to purchase the tag because the temporary tag was about to expire and we were concerned. The tag office told me that they did not have the paperwork needed from the dealer and they could not issue me a tag. Well, that turned into a 2 month ordeal including several more temporary tags and a lot of phone calls into Greg (By the way, you hardly ever get Greg on the phone, mainly his assistant). I also had to involve the lady in the Credit Union Title dept. where the vehicle was financed and an attorney.

I got the vehicle on 12-4-09 and was informed by Greg today, 2-25-10, that he had the tag and he was putting it under his door mat at his office for me to swing by and pick it up. That's service for you! This has been a very frustrating ordeal, to be paying on a vehicle that you can't drive due to no tag. From Greg, we got too many stories, too many promises and we never knew what to believe. Sure Greg is a "good old guy" but he has given the term "used car salesman" a whole new meaning! We can assure you we won't be using him again!
