Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I was issued receipts for gas from one of resort companies. My wife and I won $500 worth of gas. We had to call in every time we purchase gas and they would sent me a gas card. I called gas redemption to get our tickets to purchase gas. We had several options but when we filled up, took the coupons inside to pay for the gas it was not authorized. I tried to call the resort that gave my wife and I the coupons but they were no longer there.

I win $250.00 Gasonline Redemption Voucher and I followed their instructions sending the all receipts of my gasoline paid up and mailed to them but till to-day I didn't get any gift card for that

They accept all my receipts and they confirmed by sending me mailed to but they didn't send any gift card to me

I registered for Gas Rebate program on 08/15/2008. I supposed to get $40.00. Only received $10.00. Made several calls to company representatives, and every time I was tole that my next check will be sent to me in a few days. Month after month - nothing happends.

I was told that I would receive a 300.00 gas voucher, when I went in to sign up for a vacation package, I had to send in 100.00 dollars in receipts, and would receive a 25.00 dollar check in the mail, I did it for five months, and never heard from anyone at all. I also signed up for a 4day/3nights vacation and never got any paperwork, after sending all the information off they needed.

Salesman from Home Depot selling water softner system, offered us $100.00 in gas cards in order to make an appointment to come over and sell us a water softener system. He gave us the forms and told us we had to send in $100.00 of gas receipts over the next four monts in order to receive a card for $25.00 per month for free gasoline. Registered with Gasoline Redemption who sent us four vouches. Sent in the receipts and never heard back. The phone number is not in service.

We went to the overpriced gasoline station rather then the one we usually go to. This situation places the companies that offer the incentive in a bad light. We do not shop home depot anymore due to this issue.

I am just another complainer for these scam artists. I gave them my $5 online to start up as well as $100 in receipts for months after months and never ever received a gift card for my gas. Something needs to be done. They are stealing people's money!

I went to a seminar, and my incentive for attending was being promised $200 in free gas. I was to send 4 $25.00 receipts for the purchase of gas once a month. I did this and never heard anything. And yesterday, I got back my receipts. It said on the envelope "return to sender, refused, unable to forward."

My story is the same as all the others. I was suckered into 2hr wast of time for a fake gas redemption. 100 dollars is a lot of money to me. I would be supprised if some one does what they say. Thanks for listening.

We bought a Mitsubishi HDTV on February 19, 2009 and received this promotion; qualify to receive a voucher good for up to $600 in Gas Cards. I filled out the form and sent a copy of my original receipt to the above address and mailed it on March 3, 2009. I heard nothing. So on May 14, 2009 I sent an email to gasolineredemption. I did not receive a response. On March 20, 2009 I sent a copy of the original form and a copy of the original receipt to the above address along with a letter requesting the voucher good for up to $600 in gas cards. I also send another email stating this was my second request for the voucher and wanting a response from them. I am hoping you can now help me. Thank You!

I am very disappointed that I have not heard anything from this company. When we purchased the TV, the $600 worth in gas cards was a good selling point. I would have expected that Mitsubishi would have checked out this company.

In July 2008 spent a week with Baskin Creek Rentals in Gatlinburh Tn. The offer was stay with them and get a voucher worth $500.00 in gas. You submit $100.00 in gas receipts each month & in turn you recieve $25.00 in a gift card for gas until all $500.00 gas refund met.I have submitted everyone for each month since August 2008 & have so far recieved two $25.00 gift cards.

This is May 2009. Now when I send my receipts they come back also try to call or send E-mail & it is all closed down. No one to talk to or even help you. I have sent an e-mail to attorney general of Florida & know they are working on this. But have no idea if my name is in the group. I need help. I keep all my mail & stuff as proof.

Purchased $125.00 gift card from Avanti Spa in Manalapan, NJ with the promise of a $25.00 gas rebate. Filed online and still waiting for my rebate.

I purchased furniture from a Ashley Furniture store and quilified for the Free Gas Redemption program. The program started in October of 2008. I have followed the instruction and sent in the Redemption coupons with receipts and received emails from GasolineRedemption stating that they have received my receipts in good order. In March I did not receive any email saying that they received my coupon receipts, nor did I get any return mail. April's was returned to me by mail. The phone # says it's invalid please try again. Looking for the qty 7, (and counting) of the $25 gas gift cards owed to me for signing up for the program .

Bought furniture from Harry's July 2008, promised gas redemption cards of $500. Paid $5.00 to sign up and started submitting in Sept 2008, per the rules. Played the game, never getting the gas cards, kept calling, I was assured cards would start coming. In Jan 2009, finally got Oct, Nov, Dec cards totaling $75.00.

But after that no more communication. Mail came back undeliverable. All along I called M. Brennan at Harry's and told him the problems I was having. He said to be patient - HE assured me everything was going to get on track and gas cards would be coming. He would not offer any refund, even half of the money owed just to put this behind me. It's very frustrating as I thought they were a family business, well established in the community and would not get innocent customers involved in a scam. Now, I see he is offering $500 in groceries (I am sure another scam!) to get customers in the store. I am very interested in doing whatever legal avenue is available to get some of my refund, at least $250 to resolve this.

Signed up for the gas redemption in 10-08 and sent in monthly statements as instructed. No reimbursement was ever given and mail sent after 3-09 was returned unable to forward.

We were given gasoline vouchers for $200.00 at $25.00 per month for staying at the Riviera in Las Vegas Nov. 2008. After sending in $100.00 of receipts per month for Dec., Jan., and Feb., March was returned to sender and received no gas cards.

We thought that with the gas cards it would off-set the expense of staying at the hotel. It also kept us using the same gas station per the requirements of the redemption rules.

I followed thier instructions sent in 100.00 dollars in gasoline reciepts in jan 09.They were accepted. I then sent in 100.00 dollars in feb. 09 they were sent back as undeliverable. I have not recieved any gift-card as of yet.

I paid 250.00 more for furniture than it was worth because the gift-cards was supposed to ofset the cost.

I was given a vocher for $450.00 in rebates if I sent in $5.00 and used a certian brand of gas. I sent in m reciepts and recieved emails from the compan that they were recieved but I recieved no gift cards as stated in the agreement. I purchased a viechle on the belief a rebate was true and honest. I consider this matter fraud and since it was handled over the mail I would hope the postal service would become involved.

A deal of the purchase of a veichle was negotiated with an understanding I would get $450.00 in goods with the purchase. I sent my $5.00 and folled all directions. The monitary loss is $455.00. I would not have paid the price I did on the car if the $450.00 was not included.

Send in $100 coupon voucher and $5.00 fee for exchanch to gasoline. never heard any abouted. I am out of gas and $5.00.

We bought some couches from a furniture store and the insentive for us was the $500.00 gas vouchers. We figured that into the price of the furniture. We bought the furniture in Nov. 2008 and I have followed all their instructions and I have still not seen a thing. Today I received the last thing that I mailed them back with a sticker on the front of the envelope saying Return to Sender, Refused, Unable to Forward. So of course by now I am really mad and figure out this was a scam.

I was figuring this into our budget thinking that it was going to help us out. At the time we bought the couches we paid cash for them. We are self-emplayed and had no idea at that time thatmy husband would be slow with finding work. Those gift cards would really come in handy right now. If the furniture store was not offering that incentive we probably would not have bought the furniture.

Received gasoline redemption vochures on 11/8/08 my code# - to submit monthly $100.00 worth of gas receipts and in return to receive $25.00 gasoline gift card. To date I have submitted 3 months of receipts and the last month (March) was returned by mail from the post office (Return to Sender. I have tried to contact them by email info@gasolineredemption and have no response and also by the number and this is disconneted.

I WAS SCAMMED I was at Harlem furniture and they told me they had a pomotion going on that if I spent a total or 2000 dollars I would recieve 500 dollars in free gas not telling me in the begining that I had to buy gas to recieve these gas cards. Then after I made the purchase they told me that i had to spend 100 dollars in gas at any gas station in order to recieve the cards. so I saved up gas reciets going out of my way to go to the specifice gas station they told me to save 5 months and sent them in every month and bnever recieved anything

so I called them anf the phone. was disconnected. then I went on the email and its a SCAM. so now what. I was misinformed the furniture company false advertised and I spent 2000 dollars to get SCAMMED. Does any one know what to do know about both companys?

loss of money time. went out of my way and paid more for the specific gas and I was falsey advertised and convinced to spend more money for this 500 dollars in gas

I bought a used car from a reputable delearship and they gave me a voucher for $40 worth of gas. I sent in $100 worth of receipts expecting to receive the $25 gift card. What I received back was my letter and receipts back with a yellow sticker on it stating Return to Sender, refused, unable t forward. And I thought I had done something wrong until I read the complaints.

I was promised something and did not receive it. I expected that my effort of saving these receipts would reward me for the gas that I spent. I have a Dodge Durango and it is not a little car. The gift card would of put a dent in the gas that I had to buy. I can not believe that they have people doing all that they do for the gas and not get anything. They need to be sued and made to comply with giving people there gift cards.

My husband and I were offered a $25 per month gasoline card for turning in $100 worth of gas receipts per month for eight months. This offer was a comp for staying two nights at the Riviera Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas. I have complied with the instructions for four months and was working toward the fifth month of submitting reciepts when surprisingly, I received my last submission back as refused and not forwardable. What a scam.

Wasted time and effort, ensuring you only purchased gasoline from your named station and postage. Lost faith in, once again an offer too good to be true!

Purchased tires from Tire Kingdom and received certificate and registered on line with Secure Gas Redemption. Purchased over $100 of gas from Shell for four months and mailed in a coupon with each months receipts to them in Florida. As of this date I have not received my four $25 gas cards which were promised to be mailed on January 30 th,2009.

Calls were made several times and I got various excuses why they had not sent any cards and now the phone line says all lines are busy. Calls were also made at my expense to 727- and was unable to talk to anyone.

We were offered a gasoline redemption voucher, by a company who wanted to sell us a time-share. We had to pay $5.00, then send in $100 worth of gas receipts from one local gas station, every month for four months. At the end of each month, they were supposed to send us a $25 gift card for gas. In the last (4th) month, I was supposed to get the $25 plus my original $5.00 (total of $30).

I never got any gift cards, nor the $5.00. When I called the telephone number, it was disconnected. Then, I looked it up on the Internet and saw that they are in a law suit. I am out my $5.00, plus all the time and inconvenience of collecting the gas receipts for four months, going to only one gas station exclusively, and mailing in the receipts.

We bought a big screen TV from Paul's TV and Mitsubishi. They did promise me a promotion that no interest thru the year 2010 plus $600 gas money. I did fill out all the requirements to receive $600 Gas money. They even send me coupons for the gas card. After 1st month , I did mail in the coupon and gas receipts for that month but keep received a return mail state Return to sender Refused Unable to forward. I did try to mailed again, but got a same result. Please look into this problem. I don't know I did get scam from Paul'TV or from Mitsubishi Company. I'm living in California. Thank you

I bought a big screen Tv because part of it from $600 Gas Rebate promotion

We bought a big screen TV from Paul's TV and Mitsubishi did promise thru promotion that no interest thru the year 2010 plus $600 gas money. I did fill out all the requirements to receive $600 Gas money. They even send me coupons for the gas card. After 1st month, I did mail in the coupon and gas receipts for that month but keep received a return mail state Return to sender Refused Unable to forward.

We bought beauty products for $70.00 and turn we could submit $100.00 in gas receipts per month and receive a $25.00 gas card, we have sent two months of receipts and each time the letter is returned being refused, their phone numer is no longer in service

We have spent postage and wnet extra miles to get the gas need for receipts which was higher priced

I won a $500 gas card in a contest at anterpwn chevrolet in Octobe 2008. I sent in $100 worth of receipts for Nov. 08, Dec. 08, Jan. 09. I got an email in december 20008 from info @gasoline telling they received my recipts for November 2008 and they would be send my $25 gas card, I never recieved anything. by January 2009 I went on line find this website with complaint. I went back to the dealership and ask them about the company and they couldn't tell me anything. I told them you'll had people coming in here and giving them out the vouchers just to find out that it is a SCAM.

going to the gas stations that were required my postage fee and the be lied to about the conntest that i supposedly won, then to find out that it is a SCAM.

I went to a Ford dealership to see if my key was for a Mustang. It wasn't so got a gas redemption voucher for $300.00. Went on the websit to registar. I started in November of 08 mailing in my gas receipts and as this day I have not seen anything. I tried call calling and emailing, but nothing.

I have made sure that my husband and I do not use the gas station at the same time, because we can not have the same date. Time and postage that it took to put all together and sent out.

I was offered a car warrenty over the phone by General Warranty Services. I was not that interested but when I was offered $500.00 in free gas. I decided that it would be worth it since the warranty was $2000.00. I would be getting it for $1500.00 and all I had to do was send in the $100.00 worth of receipts for purchased gas. Which I did for several months but did not recieve the $25.00 gift card as promised. I called and number is out of service. I also went back to web site and they have taken it down pending legal action.

Bought a warranty for $2000.00 and could have bought it from dealership for $1500.00 and lost the postage of $7.00. Please help would like to be part of class action suit.

My husband and I sat through a presentation by a water softner company, working through Home Depot, for two hours and were told we would receive $100.00 in free gas. I sent all the receipts in and received emails back that I was doing it correctly and keep up the good work. I had to pay $5.00, which would be returned when the last coupon was mailed in. I sent in coupons in December, twice, January and March. This is a big scam and luckily I only lost $5.00, plus stamps but my biggest lose was my time. This type of scam must be stopped.

My wife and I participated in a presentation of a time share vacation. After general presentation, we were seated with a representative who tried to sell us a time-share package. We declined and were promised a $150 Free Gas Card just for listening. We have sent receipts from Nov 08 through March 08. So far, we have yet to receive a gas card. Now my March voucher came back from Free Gas Redemption, Largo, Fl with the mention RETURN TO SENDER (REFUSED) UNABLE TO FORWARD from the postal mail. The phone number is no longer valid and the web site does not exist. What is the next step?

I purchased some furniture from Linder's with the agreement that I would receive a gas voucher worth $500 in free gasoline. I have followed the instructions by sending $100 or more of Chevron gas receipts per month since October 2008. I have emailed and phoned numerous times requesting status of the promised $25 gas cards that they were to send me every month. I never recevied any of the promised $25 gas cards. The phone number was disconnected and all of my emails were returned as undeliverable. My last envelope for my March receipts has been returned as non-deliverable. The website no longer exists.

The only reason I purchased the furniture from Linders was the promise that I would receive compensation of $500 worth of gasoline. I would have bought much cheaper furniture or used furniture elsewhere because I could not afford what I purchased from Linders. The only reason I purchased was because of the promise that I would recieve $500 of free gasoline. We are in the process of trying to get a loan modification on our home. We are in dire circumtances financially. I would like to know if I have any recourse with the furniture seller.

I bought a new GMC Envoy at the end of Sept. 2008. I was given a coupon to fill out to get $500 in free gas. I had to send $5 to register, but was told that the $5 would be returned to me with my last gas card. I would be sent $25 gas cards every month for the next 20 months. I had to send receipts totalling $100 each month to the address on the form by the 25th of each month. To date, I have received nothing.

I talked to my representative, Leslie in Feb. and was told that she had missed putting me in for the bulk January mailing, but that I would be put in for the March mailing of gas cards. I sent my March receipts in and just received the envelope back marked unable to deliver. Addressee no longer at that address. I tried calling the number I have, but it just keeps saying the circuits are busy.

I am out the initial $5, plus the cost of stamps, envelopes, the time it took me to get the things together. Also, the hassle that I have gone through has been a pain in the butt!

I purchased tires last fall from Tire Kingdom with an offer from freegasredemption to receive a $500 gas redemption voucher. Through my encouragement the wife also purchased tires under the same agreement. We have mailed our gas receipts ($100 monthly) as required to receive $25 vouchers but none were received. Just recently our mailings have been returned un-opened with the caption Return to Sender - Refused - Unable to Forward. Please consider this complaint in your dealing with this act of fraud.

Waste of time collecting gas receipts and postage. There is also the added expense of driving further to buy gasoline at from required Shell station. The tires purchased was more expensive than I would have otherwise bought, but figured the rebate would offset.

I went to this timeshare conference and was given a voucher for $150 worth of gas just for attending. Little did I know I had to spend a $100 of gas before recieving a gas card for $25 a month. I was told to submit my $100 worth of receipts every month with the coupons I got off line where I registered. I submitted the coupon and receipts for the month of March and the envelope came back refused and no forwarding address. This was truly a scam!

I lost my time and my $125 on this scam!

My husband and myself went to a hotel in the poconos to see their package deal on their vacation time shares. we were promised a couple of things. the most important was the gas voucher because we could not afford the gas to get there. We found out that we had to spend money to get the promised gas cards. so we decided to take the risk and thought it was an honest company triing to help the little guy. I did not receive anything so I called and was told that it had to be a collection of 1.00 dollars all from the same month.

So I gathered up the correct receipts and sent them out again. I started this process in Nov. 2008 and it is now Mar.2009. I just received my Feb. 2009 receipts back with a return to sender on it. I check the address and could not find anything wrong so I called them and the Numbers are invalid. I may have only lost about 7.00 Dollars but I don't think it is write that someone takes advantage of someones trust like that.

We live more than 2 hours from that hotel and were never reimbursed for the gas that we used to get there.

I, too have been scammed by this company. I bought the promotion for $15 in July, 2008. I paid my $5.00 service fee and have sent in my gas receipts to them for Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, 2008. I did contact the company in January and was given the run around that it would arrive shortly. At present the email and telephone number is no longer any good. The web site is down. Mail has been returned. I have not received any vouchers. Please Is there a class action suit against this company for fraud.

We visited a resort in the Pocono's and were given the gas vouchers for listening to the sales pitch. We paid our $5 and sent our reeipts on time each month and got nothing in return. I would like to join a class action suit. This is very deceptive. I tried the 800 number. It was disconnected. We received an email saying to keep sending the receipts but can not email them back. I am worried about what kind of a scam this is. Are they going to hack into my checking account?

A promotion at the Ford dealership in Poulsbo, WA offered free gasoline for test driving a vehicle. Upon going there, we received a coupon for gasolineredemtion.com. Their website said that if we sent $5.00 we could either print their coupons or have them mailed to us. For 10 months we were to get receive $25. The last payment would be $30 thus returning our origional $5. We were to receive a total of $250 plus get the origional $5 back. We were instructed to send origional receipts along with a redemption coupon monthly. We printed the coupons from their website. From November 2008 through March 2009 we have sent these things. We did get one email saying that they had received our coupon and receipts. Everything was in order. Nothing has ever been sent to us. I agree with the other people that complained. This is a total scam. They must have made millions at $5 a person.

We lost $5.00 plus postage for 5 months.

Bought tires at Tire Kingdom with incentive to get free gas after sending in at least $100 OF RECEIPTS. Sent in three requests. Have received no coupons for gas and last request was returned refused

Misleading advertising.

We bought furniture at Linder's and was offered a free gas promotion for $500 worth of free gas. I submitted my first $100 worth of receipts in October. By January, I had not received my monthly $25 gas card, so I started sending my receipts by certified mail, and tracking the mail to ensure my receipts reached the company. January's receipts made it, however, my February receipts was marked return to sender, unable to forward. That's when I googled the company and found numerous complaints against them.

Aside from the postage (approximately $12 in postage - including three sent by certified mail) we had been expecting this $500 rebate when we purchased our furniture. We purchased our furniture for about $2,000, and with the $500 free gas, it was like purchasing the furniture for $1,500, which largely played a role in our purchasing the furniture.

Sent in 2 months of vouchers ($100 worth of purchased gas). First mailing went through, second was returned. Called the phone # 1-800-514-0366 and said invalid. Also, found complaints from others on internet describing the same thing. Rec'd voucher for $150 worth of gas during a visit to a vacation club in Lincoln, NH (Innesbrook). Never received a $25.00 gas card from them. Internet sites also showed errors, which tells me they are long gone crooks.

I was promised a $150 gas card and did not receive it!

I test drove a car at a local dealership here in my town and when finished they gave me a gasoline redemption coupon. The coupon stated if I mailed in $100.00 worth of receipts from the station of my choice each month, I would receive in return a $25.00 gas card. In doing this I could receive up to $500.00 in free gas. I did everything I was instructed to do and even received an email on January 28,2009 telling me I was doing everything correct. The e-mail said to continue doing as I had been doing and my first $25.00 gas card would be mailed to me soon. I'ts been 3 1/2 months since I started and I have received nothing!

I may not have been buying all my gas at this station all this time had I not been in this redemption program. I could have saved money at times buying elsewhere.

I have sent 200.00 dollars to Gasoline Redemption voucher for for gas . But Ihave not seen any money as of March 09 I sent them in Oct, and Nov. I have not recived anything at all.

I was given a voucher from my car dealership for buying a truck. The voucher is $225.00 of free gas. I sent in $100.00 worth of receipts and was to receive a $25.00 gas card each month. The voucher says Free Gas Central

I purchased a new Hyundai from Sport Hyundai in October 2008. I was given the vouchers (8 for a total of $200 in gas cards).I had to psend in monthly receipts for $100 per month in gas purchases form Lukoil which I have done since 10/2008 and have recieved nothing yet. I have complained to both the dealer (Mr.P) and gasolineredemption.com(Karla) and to this date have not recieved anything!

I have lost complete faith in US business enterprises.

I received a $300 dollar free gas card where you had to send in every month $100 in gas receipts, then they would send you a $25 gift card for that gas station for free gas. I did this Dec 08, Jan and February 2009 and have never got anything back.

I travel a lot and usually just get gas when needed, but with this deal I went out of my way to go to the designated gas station to get the $100 gas receipts that was required each month.

The Rivera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas offered and is still offering a $200 fuel rebate if you stay three nights. They give you a coupon to use the listed company to get your refund. You had to mail $100 worth of receipts from one gas station and then they would mail you a $25 gas card for that station. I did as instructed from December thru February and have not received anything. I tried callling them and their phone is disconnected and the e-mail complaint system is not working. I can see from the other postings that this is a scam. I have called the Riviera Hotel and I am waiting to get contacted by their Marketing Director.

I stayed at this hotel due to the promised benefit. It cost me time and postage to gather and mail the coupons as instructed.

As part of our dealings with Global Vacation Network, we were to be eligible for $300.00 worth of free gas once our monthly vouchers were submitted. Gasoline Redemption has been unresponsive and has returned all of our mail, our vouchers and receipts required for the return of our $25.00 gas cards per month for one year. This program was to run from Jan 2009-Dec 2009 for a total of $300.00 in gas rebates. Obviously we have already made our investments, chose Gas Redemption and agreed to the terms although it appears as they are no more.

I won vouchers for $25 of free gas a month from my local Dodge dealer and after paying the $5 registration fee, started collecting the $100 in gasoline receipts that I needed monthly. I never got anything from them and my third month's envelope came back today. I tried to call, but the phone is disconnected and I see on the internet that this seems to have been a scam. I don't blame my local business, but there should be warnings sent out to people about these things as well as media coverage.

I only lost $5, but these kinds of scams are multiplying like crazy and no one seems to be making a concerted effort to stop them.

I won a voucher for $500 in free gas. I was to pay an up front fee of $5 and then spend $100 in gas from a certain gas station, then mail my receipts, in return they were supposed to send me a $25 gift certificate for the next 20 months with the last month receiving a $30 gift certifcate. I paid my $5 on 9/20/08 and have mailed in receipts for past 5 months faithfully. as of 3/11/09 I have not received a thing. Their phone is disconnected and my emails are returned.

I am out the $5 plus the time, effort and postage for the last 5 months. Plus I wnet out of my way and paid a premium to purchase over $500 worth of gas at one of their approved stations.

I received two $500 gas vouchers from a Toyota dealership in Las Vegas when I purchased a vehicle in Sep. 08. I registered on-line with freegasredemption.com and paid the $5.00 registration fee via PayPal. As directed, I collected and sent in $100 worth of gas recepits to them each month in order to receiveda $25 rebate card. I have done this for 5 months, and have never received a rebate card. I did receive "no reply" emails indicating that my receipts had been received and everything was in order, no action was required. When I initially called their 800# to find out why I had never received a rebate card, I kept getting a recording and could never get through. Now the number is disconnected.

I bought 4 tires from Big O Tires and they told me if I send in $100.00 worth of gas reciepts a month I would get $25.00 of free gas a month. So far I recieved $150.00 in gas but thats all now I can't get in touch with them at all If theires a law suit towards them I want in

Sent reciepts for $100 in gas a month in exchange for $25.00 gift card until I got $250 worth. Didn't get nothing, been sending since Oct 2008.

I answered the promo from Dish Network if I had Dish installed I would get 300.00 in free gas. I registered with Gas Redemption and saved my $100.00 worth of gas receipts and mailed in with their coupon just like what was required. Well my receipts and coupon came back from the Florida Post Office as Undeliverable I tried to call the 800 phone number for Gasoline Redemption and all I got was a invalid phone number I got on the Florida Attorney General Home page and saw that this is a Scam.

I feel that either Dish Network or Gasoline Redemption owes my $300 in free gas as that is what was agreed to when signing up for Dish Network.

I received a voucher for $500 worth of free gas coupons as part of a promotion from a local furniture store. The voucher called for me to register at the site GalosineRedemption.com. Once registered, I printed the 20 monthly voucher slips and was instructed to submit $100 worth of ExxonMobil (my selection) gas receipts each month, with the monthly voucher. I was instructed that I would receive a $25 ExxonMobil gift card for each monthly voucher submitted. To date, I have submitted 3 months of vouchers, with gas receipts, but have not received any gift cards. I have tried emailing the company, but none of these emails have been deliverable.

I have spent time collecting receipts, clipping vouchers and sending them to the company. I have also spent extra $ on gasoline purchases since I was required to select a particular brand. I selected ExxonMobil due to the abundance of locations around me. I knew that their gas prices were a little higher than other brands, but felt that the difference in pump price would more than be offset by the free gift cards.

I purchased 4 new tires and the choice to have this $500.00 free gas redemption card or $50.00 credit for the purchasing of the tires. September 2008 to current date, I have done everything they said to do except send my receipts the recommended way and that was to be certified mail but that was only recommended. Tomarrow I am sending a copy of all my monthly recepits in the recommended method of mail delivery and see what happens. I have filed a complaint today with Florida State.I plan to call Tire King in Asheville, NC and see if I can get the $50.00 credit tomarrow. Good luck to all.

I was supposed turn in $100.00 of gas receipt of the same brand of gas per month and receive a $25.00 Gas voucher until I had receiver $300.00 worth of vouchers. They also charge me a $5.00 handling fee, to be returned to me after I received my vouchers.

My car dealer was offering $150 in gasoline rebates if I came into the dealership. At the dealership I was given a coupon like paper with a specific number on it that I needed in order to sign up for this program. Instructions were to go to gasolineredemption, and through the process of signing up I had to give the number on the coupon and either send in $5.00 to the above address, or sign up for a PayPal account and pay it that way. The $5 would be refunded on the last rebate card which would make the rebate $30 in April. Payment needed to be received before I could receive the vouchers that were needed to be included with gas receipts totalling $100. Since the timeline for claiming the rebate was nearing the end, I paid through PayPal.

I started the program in November by signing up on-line and received 6 voucher coupons on-line that included my personal Gas Code, and I printed them off. I immediately used the November voucher coupon and sent that in with $100 worth of original gas receipts. The gift cards that I would receive could be redeemed at the gas station that sold the type of gas I signed up for such as BP. I could only send in one voucher a month, and therefore, I received 6 vouchers ending in April. If I sent my vouchers with receipts in in before the 25th of the month, I only had to wait 28 days to receive my gift card. If it was received after the 25th, I would have to wait 54 days.

After sending in my first voucher, I received an email on December 16th stating that they had received my gas receipts in good order, and that they did not require anything further at this time. Just keep collecting and sending in my receipts so that I can receive my Free Gas. I should not reply to this email, because the mailbox is not monitored and I would not receive a response. What I did not notice then but have noticed today is that the email address is the same email address that I was to use if I had any questions.

I also could contact them by phone, which I have called today, but I get a pre-recorded message stating that, Due to network difficulties your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try your call later. It has now been over 60 days since I submitted my first voucher and gas receipts, and I have not received my $25 gift card or have been contacted by them with an explanation. And since there is not way to contact them, I believe I have been scammed. Please be aware.

Economically, I am out my $5.00 and my faith in humanity is greatly damaged. This scam was part of a big advertising promotion at my car dealership, so I am sure I am not the only person who is out $5.00. I am also upset with my car dealership for allowing this scam to be a part of their marketing plan. I am sure they too will be contacted by their customers, and this may also hurt them financially as well.

In Nov 2007,I bought a new 2008 chevy colorado from Tom Gill Chev.in Florence,Ky.The sales pitch was buy a truck/car and receive 500 hundred dollars in gasoline. After the transaction took place and I gave this dealership a check for this truck,in order to receive the free gas,I had a certificate to send in to this place in Largo Fl,along with 100.00 gas receipts that I had purchased gas and paid for and return receive a gas card or visa/amer ex gift card for the 100.00 for 5 months.I have sent receipts along with self stamped envelopes and not the first gift card in return.Along with this company,Tom Gill Chevrolet is no better.I contacted the sales person I delt with about this and got no response.I did what I wanted to,which was buy a vechile,Tom Gill should stand behind his word.
