I went to Nampa Kia (auto dealer) on Sunday, October 19th, 2009 and applied for a vehicle loan. I relayed my concern in getting qualified to both the sales man (John S) and the person in charge of financing terms for the day (Wayne C) and was told they would be able to get me financing. I even asked if I should just leave the vehicle until they had secured financing and was told no to take the vehicle home that I met the criteria of financing. I took the vehicle home, signed all the financing terms and then on Tuesday October 20th got a phone call stating that they did not in fact get financing and needed for me to give them my husbands information to see if they could get financing with both of us. I have still yet to hear if financing is approved however suspect that I will be returning the vehicle. Do I have any legal recourse in this situation?
