I needed to get a new windshield wipper motor put in. i got an appoitment early in the morning so i could be as fast as possible and they wouldn't be backed up. i got to my appointment early and they told me two weeks before i scheduled that it would only take one hour. after i had watited two hours they told me it would still take thirty more minutes.

after i complained about having to get back to work they said they could give me a rental car. in my case i feel that they should have told me this after the hour mark. it just makes me really upset that i have to wait that long and no one is trying to help or tell me what is going on until i ask. and i couldn't take the rental car because i get off work after they close.
