I showed up on Thursday night at 7 p.m., regular business operating hours, they closes at 8 p.m. according to website only to be turned away because of a basketball game. The dealership decided not to conduct business on regular stated hours due to a UK basketball game was on. I was 7 months pregnant with 2+ year old with me. This shouldn't be how a business company operates. You would think there will be salesperson spending their time watching the game at the dealership, but closing down because of a basketball game - first time I have heard of. Very unprofessional!
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Bought a new 2008 Yukon denali XL 60,000.00 vehicle, they never return calls I have had a horrible time with this vehicle, the chrome trim on one door has broken and they know about it, the door handles are junk and have been replaced of course they need it again, back seat you have to play football and hit with your shoulder to get it back up, window is making a noise, and the service department is not open on the weekend, I live 3 hours away and have to work. My fatherinlaw has the same problems. Pay that much for vehicle and plastic junk for door handles.

Then trouble arose with finding a vehicle within our payment range. Our attorney said the court would approve around 300.00, When we asked about the creditor commitment form again we were told everything would be fine, what the finance manager Jason gave us would work, and that our attorney was wrong, we needed to focus on finding a vehicle that would work, We, using the term they gave us which was 24% at 60 mths, which roughly equalled 9,0000 thought they had plenty of autos listed on the website, so with every vehicle we inquired about we were told won't work when we would ask why the salesman Joes would say just won't work, so contacted dealership to complain via email, we were then contacted by Jason the finance manager, who said that we weren't looking at a payment of 300.00 their finance company would only budget a payment of 250.00, that they always go lower than the allowed amount. This was never told to us the only form they ever gave us said 400.00 as a payment. We thought we had straightened everything out. So on Friday, October 17th almost a month later, Joe Kirk(salesman) calls to say they had gotten a vehicle in that would work to stop by on Saturday and take a look at it. When we get there we are told the keys cant be found, which I have discovered is code for we have a problem but dont want to tell you in person, we again told him we needed the correct paperwork for our attorney and we were told that we could pick it up when we came to test drive it, but no call ever called so my husband calls back and speaks to Jason the finance manager, who accuses us of leading them on saying we told them we already had approval from the court, WHICH was never the case, we keep hounding everyone to get the form filled out by the right people all along. I told Jason our attorney had given us a payment amount the court would approve, but never that we had an approval.
When my husband talked with Jason, Jason said that it would take 10 days to get the paperwork completed and that it needed to be submitted to the lender, which is what we have been saying for over a month now and that he didnt know what they would have on the lot at that time.
So we again talked to Joe the salesman who said it was all a misunderstanding that he had wrongly told them we had and approval, and that he would take care of it and explained it to the manager. We call back on Tuesday as no one has called us, and Joe's says he doesn't know anything and put Jason on the phone, who now tells us we are too difficult to work with because nothing will satisfy us, When all we tried to do was tell them they were wrong all along and it turned out it is true but they wont admit they screwed up.
