I took off work to take my vehicle in for servicing. Since I purchased it in March of this year, it is a hassal getting the vehicle serviced. The service department is only open during the work week. This requires me to take off. I called today and was told that a mechanic is not available due to new ownership. It could take up to two weeks to have my have a technician hired. I was told that the closest dealership is in Metarie. I am interested in returning this vehicle. This dealership has been unorganized from day one. I would prefer that they give me the money back I got for my trade and they can have their vehicle back. I need to work with a more dependable dealership. Too many issues in this short period if time.
