When purchased was told we had a 3 year,36000 mile warranty. After bringing in with problem ,was told our warranty was out . Purchased 12-31-2007 . Told at servicedept. That the warranty was activated when the cx7 hit the lot. How can the warranty start and sit on dealer lot we asked . The sale manager and service manager told us that it was activated before we bought it and we don't know why we weren't told. ... That is the most outrages thing I have ever heard. The managers told me and my husband that Mazda can activate the warranty when the vehicle gets over 900 miles on the dealer lot . Again we were not told this at the signing of the deal on our vehicle.

i took my volkswagen gette gli 2007 in for an oil change.When i departded the dealership, the check engine light was on. I called the dealship's maintenance department, I was imformed that they nelected to reset the light and that my firs required maint, check they would reset it. I said that this is ok, but i failed to get the required maint. check up. some times later i recieved a letter on a recall. it was due to lose screws on my drive shaft, i took it to north point vw in north little rock, ar, they repaired it and alaso repaired an oil ;eak, that the recall issue caused.
i then called Moffett vw, and set up a tune up. while there it was decided that there were many recalls on my jette gli. and that my check engine light was on and it id due to a fuel valve i think. i explaned to jennifer that she had told me that they forgot to rset the check engine light when i was in for an oil change, she denied that she had told me this. I asked how much this valve would be to replace, i was imfoprmed that it was over three hundred. now i recieve another recall about ignition coil inspection/replacement. I have noticed that the engine at times races, the engine shakes, and is seems as if i lose power, i'm not sure if this is a result of the check engine light, staying on all the time. i called the vw maint depart at moffett vw, and told that it would not damage the engine, unless the light begans to flash.
