One year ago the rear bumper on my VW Beetle was repainted by VW Gallery . The paint has since "chipped" and "cracked. The paint job was guaranteed by VW. I took the car to VW Gallary today so they could look at it.

I was told that they would not honor the warranty of the paint job and that my car must have been hit, I have had 3 other auto body repair shops look at the car and they say that the paint job was not done correctly and that is why the paint has chipped and cracked. VW said that they would not be responsible for fixing the damage that their incompetency created. I now have to pay again for the same problem I had a year ago.
