I purchased A Toyota Land Cruiser (60K) and brought in for a service issue. I picked it up four days later and it had a door ding and blue paint transfer on the side of the truck. There was grease all on the bottom by the driver's door above the running board and deep scratches and gouges running lengthwise like the jack scratched the side of the truck. They denied doing the damage and I have gotten nowhere talking to them. They are one of the worst dealer I've encountered.
