I have been a loyal Toyota owner having purchased five Camrys or Corollas since 1995. My intention was to purchase a sixth this week—until Jimmy ** at Parkway Toyota got involved. He harassed me with six phone calls to me at work, plus a call to my house at 8:45 am on a Saturday. When I reached **, there was no apology for the harassment. He said the showroom is overflowing with people and I should come down immediately. I asked him why I should sit around for an hour. At Glen Toyota in Fair Lawn, NJ, we were shown a pre-owned certified car which had cigarette holes in the driver's seat and looked as if it went through a mud slide on the exterior. I pride myself on loyalty; however, these experiences have given me no choice. Due to Jimmy **'s harassment at Parkway Toyota and the situation at Glen Toyota, we decided to purchase a Ford Focus.
