I bought a car from their dealership in December of 08. Last weekend I was going through my file lokking for info on if there was a keyless entry progemmed into the car. I found the "retail breakdown" they handed me to show me the retail value of the car. I noticed three items on the "retail breeakdown" that weren't actually on the car. Rear air($400), Parking Sensors ($65), and Towing Pkg ($300). So total of $765 dollars. With those included in their "retail breakdown" the Total Kelley Blue Book Value was 16,120.

I went in to talk to the sales team manager and the sales manager. They're defense was that they still sold me the car under retail value. My response was it doesn't matter how good of deal they made me, they can't misrepresent their product. I'm not argueing the fact if it was a good deal or not, they inflated the starting negotiating price and thats defraud. Mr. O(Sales Manager) went on to say that because they sold me the car under the retail value that I didn't pay for those things. I asked him which ones I did pay for since it was very unclear and he couldn't. He told me this was a practice of Champion Chevrolet. I Believe that this is the very definition of malpractice. I went to champion 3 times to try and resolve this, but thet very quickly turned me down.
