They sold me a car that I had not seen or test drove. They had me sign a contract to purchase this car. I put $500 down on the car. When I saw the car 3 days later, I did not like the color and did not want the car. They told me that they could get me the same car, a Honda Pilot EX L 2010 in grey and black. I said okay and signed another contract and put another $500 dollars down, to let them know that I was serious and really wanted to buy a car from them. I did not ever see or test drive the car. I went there last night to see the car and test drive it.
The first thing that I noticed was the car was not the color that I wanted. I asked him what color was it and he said that this is the color that they call grey. He said that the inside even though it looked dark grey was considered black. I told him no, this is not the color that I want. I said that I have seen the car that I want and will go there to another Honda dealer to purchase it. They told me that I could not get my money back at all. They are keeping the money towards a purchase from their dealership.
