July 24, 2009 we purchased a new car using our trade in under the cars program. The new car is ready to go but the dealer will not give it to us until he recieves guaranty or the money from the government. He refuses to let us bring our old car in and he has be holding our $2,000.00 deposit. We need the car for my husband to commute to work. Our money is losing interest.
