On July of 2009, I purchased a 2006 Ford Explorer from Saturn of Smithtown. At that time, I took out an extended warranty. They also own Smithtown Chrysler Jeep. Since that time, I lost all the paperwork for the warranty and the dealership was sold.
We went back to new dealer which now is Mazda of Smithtown and inquired about the paperwork. The man there said no problem and that they would get it for us in a week. Well after a month, we went back and they said that they couldn't help us. We went across the street to the Jeep dealer and spoke with Brian ** who said that he would look into it and call me the next day when he spoke with someone else that might be able to help us. Well that day came and went and I've made numerous calls to him but he never called back. I still don't have any information on my warranty and no help.
