On July 31- I was approved for the Cash for Clunkers program . I signed over my title and gave them a check for 13K . I have not received my new car because they have not received confirmation from the govt. They told me it would be less than a week. Now they said they do not know when it will be approved. Should I receive interest on my check that they cashed 6 hrs after receiving. They're good at that??? What should I do, do I need to wait two days or two years, no-one knows
