I purchased a vehicle from Shannon Motors and it needed a new driver's seat module (simple fix). When the car went in for repairs it was not delivered when promised. It was missing for 8 days and no one would tell me where it was even when I demanded it back and brought the police down to the dealership to help me retrieve my car. When my vehicle was finally returned to me it had extensive damage, the passenger window was broken, they put 400+ miles on my car and the transmission was severely damaged.
I immediately went back in and asked Todd to come see the damage and told him to come smell the car because it smelled like it was burning and I demanded to know why there were 400+ miles on it and where was the car for 8 days. He said he did not know and told me to talk to Kevin, so I went to talk to Kevin, who began to shout profanities to me and threatened to kill me and told me I will die in my car. I ran across the street where officer Leicster *** from the Johnston Police was parked. He told me to take them to court.
This has cost me time from work, stress on my children and thousands of dollars in repairs. The car was only 3 months old when they did this, this has financially, emotionally and physically affected me and I don't feel as though I am getting any justice.
