Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Bought a brand new Beetle and wanted a sunroof installed. Paid $2,000 extra to have this added feature.
Day after sunroof was installed it leaked. Brought it back, sunroof company Larson's Autohaus contracted with "supposedly" fixed it. Then a month later I moved to Boston and one day the sunroof will not close. It is stuck in the middle of winter!
I call the dealership, they tell me it is not their problem since they didn't install it. Yet these were the people who were solely responsible for contracting my car to get this installation processed. I paid $2,000 for nothing but a pile of headaches.
I have contacted the manufacturer of this window and they are replacing the window after waiting patiently for 2 months. However, the window they are installing is a manual not an automatic that I paid for. I hired a lawyer today to investigate the Lemon Laws of Washington State and to consult me on my rights as a consumer. We may be visiting Judge Judy very soon.
