Palmetto Nissan is saying they are not responsible besause the vehicle was in the vender's care and that he is responsible. Nither one wants to accept responsibility. Over $3000.00 damage to my vehicle, Rental fees for vehicle while mine is in repair shop, work that I have missed due to being without a vehicle. Storage fees to the repair shop for my vehicle. Emotional distress going back and fourth between these two.

I purchased my Nissan Frontier in July of '04 and I have experienced problem after problem. The latest problem was my Windows getting stuck for the third time since my purchase of this Vehicle.I then contacted the Dealership where I purchased this vehicle and explained the problem which they told me that they could fix it and that The Warranty did cover it.So the Individual that I spoke with over the Phone gave me a Day which to bring it in,so I brought it in and they took it,but a while later told me that the Factory Warranty did not cover it and that it would cost a good bit then gave me a place to get it fixed despite the fact that they fixed them the previous two times that the Windows got stuck.
Now granted I was reluctant to take my Truck back to them because they charged me the second time I took my Truck to them to fix the Windows even though the Extended Warranty covered such and I was not charged the first time I had to get the Windows fixed.Other problems that I have experienced include a constant thumping sound when I cut it on and while I am driving it,a screeching sound right after I cut it on,a rattleing sound while I am driving as well as paint deteriorating. One more thing that I would like to add is that it completely stopped running in a Gas Station Parking Lot back during the first week of Febuary even though it ended up not being the Battery.
