i ordered this product for car scratches, first it ruined my car living a hard glue on it every where, a week after i received triple of the product that they charged me three times for and i ordered only one.they debited 170 USD from my account,for something that i didnt ordered, then i returned the full box, because they have the money back guarantee for 30 days then after many complaints to the customer service, then refunded my 65 USD only,the best part is that i wanted to talk to a manager about it they said there is no manager on site and i have to wait 24 to 48 hours to receive a call back from it, a month and a half later this call was never received,plus i wrote a letter to the main bureau, no answer from them or from any manager to resolve my issue, i feel like then stole my money openly with no any explanation. please contact me for further information. thank you

I went in to the web site and got the toll free number. I have placed an order for two pens and answered no to all other questions. i was souposed to pay 19.95 + shiping and handeling an additional 9.95. I was charged $54.80 and never received an Itemized bill or invoice.
I contactected costumer service and asked for my money back because I was desatisfied. Instead I was offered a replacement pen set and a P.O. box address to dispute a the vacuum order. I told the operator that I don't want the P.O. bx address that I want the physical address of the company, and she told me that she didn't have it. so I asked for it again and said: "how about if I was a lawyer and immediately she hang up.
I paid a lot more that what i expected to pay. I got a product that is not working an more things I didn't order. I feel that I was deceived and mislead.
