I called TNH auto wrecking in November 2009 with regards to a transmission for my 2000 Isuzu Rodeo. I spoke to Shannon and he said that I needed to speak to Eric *** that they had one and being I bought parts there before, I didn't think there would be a problem. So I went to their shop and spoke to Eric and he said they had one and would sell it to me for $250. So I said thank you and he had the truck bring it to the shop and I paid him cash. Well, the next day, I called Eric and told him it was the wrong one. He said to bring it back and to give him two weeks and he would find one for me. So I said thanks. Well, two weeks passed and he couldn't find one for my car so I asked him for my money back. And he said, "No, I gave you a deal," and he would give me credit. I said no, I need the money back because I brought the wrong one back within the 90days like the receipt says and he was rude and hung the phone up on me and never would take my calls .
