The salesman that we dealt with was wonderful. It's the owner of the car lot that had the problem. I have never encountered a person of this kind. Not only was he trying to project this image of "I'M THE BOSS AROUND HERE" but he used very foul language and treated his employees with much disrespect in front of customers.

When we told our salesman that we were going to turn in a complaint he was afraid that the consequences could come back on him so he never crosses this man in fear of losing his job. (just takes constant intimidation and belittlement in front of customers)
I should let you know that we did buy a 2001 Maxima from this dealership but only because of the salesman that we had. When we were trying to make the deal and made an offer the salesman took the offer to the owners office which was right next to us (glass walls so you can see in also) the owner shouted "NO", and told the salesman to tell us to "get back in our ** truck and leave".
This was a used car with 26,000 miles that they were asking $23,500.00 on and we made an offer of $21,000.00 with $4000.00 cash down. It wasn't like we had made a ridiculous offer, this is just the type of man that runs this dealership. My husband tried to get up and walk out but I didn't want to treat the salesman like that. (It wasn't his fault).

There were never any apologies made for use of bad language and there were several hell and damn words thrown in through our 3 hour ordeal of trying to trade. I just feel like when a potential customer walks through the doors of a dealership they should be treated with respect along with the employees of the dealership. I hope that in the future we can expect better treatment from a Nissan dealership owner.
