i cancelled my extended warranty policy after i had only had it for 1 and 1/2 years. i paid cash for my new eclipse and i paid $1595 for the extended warranty. i did everything i had to do to cancel the policy with old republic but that took from june 24, 2009 until aug. 18, 2009 when a person at old republic told me that they had cut a check and sent it to lone star mitsubishi and i asked them why they did that instead of sending it to me. the man told me that that was their half of the warranty and that lone star mitzibushi had to put in their half.

so i called lone star mitisubishi and so far every time i have called them about my refund, all i get is an answering machine and no one will call me back or anything. i can not understand why i have to wait so long to get a refund from lone star when they took my money immediately. isn't there something i can do about this?

so far it's been 3 months total. but the thing i don't understand is that once old republic sent them their portion of the refund,, why is it taking lone star mitsubishi so long to do their part?they don't even have to have any information or anything, just cut me the check. i really need the money right now, not sometime whenever they feel like it. this isn't right and it's just another rip off by businesses to the consumers. thanks for reading this and any help to get my money would be greatly apprecited.
