I spoke with the service center 17th day Oct. 2009 at 11:35am about my 2002 Hyundai Elantra to see if it was ready. They told me it was, but that they are going to have to speak with there manager about charges. I have had the problem since 2008 and Hyundai still cannot fix the problem. I have had the service centers tell me they found broken parts, leak in hose, time to replace parts which may cause this problem. What next?
They replaced parts after parts and sometimes the same part. The part they mentioned was a recall I think and thats why it took a long time to figure out what the part was.I didn't understand what was going on here, when the service center ordered the part and received it, they broke it and when reordering it again, the company they order it from didn't know what the part was. So Hyundai service had to take pictures of the part, and order it from photos. ????
So this tells me that this may not fix the problem. This part my not function correctly. I paid enough money since then to have this problem fix and now they want to charge me again.
