My wife was walking back to our RV to call the owner and she slipped in the parking lot next to where I RV was parked. Wife told the sales people I was having chest pains and no one helped us not knowing where a hospital was in the area. My wife said I was sick and the salesman just grinned and said to take me to the dr. in a strange place, no help at all...SHAME ON THIS COMPANY,,,,

Dealer was selling a Harley on Ebay.Spoke several times to the sales person regarding the condition of the bike. Was told excellent condition. We drove 6 hrs. with a cashiers check to buy the bike. Arrived to find out the bike needed tires, rusted bolts, faded seat. Not as described and told the condition. Sales Manager and sales staff was very rude. I am a heart patient and started having chest pains. Sales Mgr. threw the paper on the floor for me to pick up with the name of the owner. My wife went in to get the name of the owner to discuss reimbursement of our gas and salesman was rude to my wife and finally gave her a paper with the name of the owner.
Planet Dodge promised us in writing and via voicemail that they would provide us with back row seats for our 2007 Yukon we purchased from them. They have repeatedly failed to deliver and we have been forced to secure an attorney. Chuck K., the general manager, has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. In addition to a new car payment, we now have to pay legal fees in order to obtain the seats promised to us.
