I purchase a 96 lexus on 10/21 with a 30day warrenty and paid 1000.00 down on the amount from this dealer upon driving the car broke down. on Oct 30 they decided not to fix the car but replace it with an 96 infiniti, with out during any paper work on the infiniti only a temp title form to register the vehicle and charged me and additional 75.00 for processing.

Upon driving this car it contu to cut off when i attempted to go take it them to fix the stated that they will and dont fix anything. I never signed anything regarding payments and amount when they will be paid I assume payments would start 30 days from the contract amount, however on November the 9 the dealer repo the vehicle with my belonging in it and stated that i missed a payment on nov. 4. they refuse to give me my thing out the car they refuse to fix this vehicle they refuse to give me my down payment back and now they saying they will sent me someting in the mail requesting full amount of a car i do not have.
